If they don't do these things, they probably didn't loot. When you command them to loot, they'll verbally agree to do it and then do a picking up animation. If they're looting a body, they always loot the bottom layer of clothing last, meaning once the corpse is naked, it's fully looted. If the cap has been reached, they'll only loot one thing at a time.Ĭompanions with more strength have a higher cap. If you command them to loot a container, and the loot weight doesn't exceed their carrying cap, they'll loot it all. Being overburdened does not affect their movement. If you tell them to pick something up, they will always do it.
